Filming Permit Forms
Fee: $1,500 for the first day; $2,000 for each additional day (includes set-up and break-down)
You may pay by check or ACH.
You must also submit:
Signed & notarized consent of each property owner
Written notice to neighboring properties within 300 feet
Insurance certificate or policy of general liability naming the Village of Plandome as additional insured
Use this to document each private owner’s permission to film on their premises
Indemnifies the Village of Plandome against claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your filming activities

Gather all completed forms, attachments and payment then deliver in one packet to:

Please allow at least five business days for review. We will reach out if anything else is needed or when your permit is ready.
Restrictions and Special Permissions
No pyrotechnics
No on-street parking
No road closures
Outdoor lighting and amplified sound must end by 10 PM Sunday–Thursday and by 11 PM Friday and Saturday
Evening shoots after 10 PM or exterior shoots may require special permission
